Spritz: Spritz is a particular cocktail made from a base of Prosecco wine that as largely served as an aperitif in Northern Italy. Spritz is particularly favored in the regions of Veneto and the neighboring areas. Prepared from white Prosecco wine, the specialty of this drink is the bitter taste that is added with a dash of either Campari or Aperol or Cynar or Select. The lowball glass containing the liquor is then topped with some mineral water and served over ice garnished with a slice of orange or an olive. This particular cocktail drink began its journey in Venice and draws its early excerpts from the Austrian Spritzer which characterized an equal combination of white wine and water.
Bellini: Bellini is a famous long drink cocktail that originally comes from Italy but at the present has an international fame. Bellini is a combination of sparkling traditional Prosecco and white peach puree and is a particular drink for the celebrations. Bellini is one of the most famed and admired cocktails from Italy. The original Bellini recipe was prepared with a little rasp berry juice or cherry juice but later on the peach puree combination became more popular, thanks to the unique taste.
Rossini: Yet another Prosecco cocktail is Rossini which is prepared from the traditional white sparkling Prosecco and strawberries. Strawberry juice is put into martini glasses and refrigerated for around 15 minutes. Thereon two third of Prosecco is added to one third of strawberry juice to bring about the perfect balance in the cocktail and give it the subtle taste.
Tintoretto: Tintoretto is a traditional Italian cocktail that is a combination of chilled pomegranate juice and white sparkling Prosecco. The blend is made with 6 ounces of chilled pomegranate juice along with 16 ounces of chilled sparkling Prosecco. The juice is poured into champagne flutes and then the chilled wine is poured on to the juice. This gives the drink a taste that is not just refined but worth remembering.
Mimosa: Mimosa is a particular cocktail drink prepared with three parts of sparkling Italian Prosecco wine and two parts of meticulously chilled orange juice. This inimitable drink, by tradition, is served in tall champagne flute glasses with a morning brunch or at weddings and has a tingling taste which is a combination of sweet and sour.
